Psychological

It is estimated that 1 in 100 people worldwide have celiac disease. Only 10-15% of people with Celiac have been diagnosed.

Research has shown that lifestyle changes can actually reverse the progression of type 2 diabetes in its early stages, allowing some people to manage the condition without the need for medication.

Eating a diet high in whole, nutrient-dense foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein, can be more effective for weight management than counting calories.

A negative body image can lead to low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. This typically leads to dieting and goals of weight loss. Without proper guidance, many weight loss programs can actually be detrimental to one's healthy.
